Who doesn’t want to be the best dressed woman at every cocktail party?

Special guests were given a sneak peek at what every fashionista will be wearing this autumn during Blu Champagne’s Fall Fashion Preview October 3 and 4.

Blu Champagne owner Stacie Waddell and “Mrs. Fields” herself, Debbi Fields Rose, hosted the event at Memphis Heritage in Midtown Memphis.

While sipping champagne, fashion divas checked out the latest designer duds from Badgley Mischka and Jovani. It was impossible for the ladies to resist buying the beautiful beaded evening gowns and shimmering satin dresses.

The event also featured elegant suits from Teri Jon and handbags from celebrity favorite J.J. Winters.

Guests picked up the perfect accessories for fall by choosing from a display of exquisite pieces from Martin Bernstein and Pilgrim.

Mrs. Fields gave guests a sweet treat Saturday, October 4. She showed a group of gals how she bakes her famous Blue-Ribbon Chocolate Chip Cookies.

“It’s so easy,” marveled Carolyn Shuster after watching Mrs. Fields blend together the ingredients, including loads of chocolate chips, into delicious cookie dough.

Guests snacked on the yummy results as they continued choosing their favorite glittering gowns and designer dresses. It was truly any woman’s ideal way to spend a weekend day!

The event also benefited a good cause. Proceeds will go to Memphis Heritage. The organization is dedicated to preserving Memphis’ historic homes and neighborhoods. It is located at 2282 Madison Avenue in the heart of Midtown Memphis.
